Annual Reports for Massachusetts Corporations & LLCs

Every corporation must file an annual report within 2 ½ months after the end of their fiscal year. The cost is $125 to file online + our filing fee $15. The penalty for late filing is $25.

LLCs need to file an annual report every year on or before their anniversary date of filing. The cost for an LLC is $520 + our filing fee $15.
