Annual Reports for North Dakota Corporations & LLCs

Annual reports for domestic corporations are due on or before August 1st. If a domestic corporation incorporated on or before August 1st of each year, the first annual report is due in the year following that in which the Secretary of State initially chartered the corporation. The state fee is $25.

Annual reports for LLCs are due on or before November 15th of each year. The first annual report is due in the year following that in which the limited liability company was initially chartered or registered with the Secretary of State. The state fee is $50.
