Do I need to reserve a corporate name?
No, but it is recommended to reserve a name prior to filing to ensure that it remains available during the incorporation process.

If you are conducted business as a “Doing Business As” (DBAs) entity, you will need to renew your name every 10 years. Six months prior to the renewal period, the state will send you notification to renew.

Is a registered agent required?
Yes, the name and address of the registered agent must be listed in the articles of incorporation. Yes, both structures pay a license tax based on all assets located and employed in Wyoming. The tax is $60 or two-tenths of one mill on the dollar ($.0002) whichever is greater.
Who can organize an LLC?
Organizers can be any person. The person need not be a member of the LLC. They can be individuals, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, trusts, business trusts, real estate investment trusts, estates and other associations
What is a Flexible LLC?
Flexible LLCs are LLCs with only one member. The words Flexible LLC must be written somewhere in the Articles.
How long does it take to register a new company?
The regular filing time for a Wyoming company is between 7-10 days. There is no expedite filing.
Does Wyoming corporation need a Registered Agent?
Every Wyoming Corporation must have a registered agent. The statutory agent must either be (1) a natural person residing in the state or (2) a corporation which has been approved to serve as a registered agent in the state.
