Registered Agent Requirements
A registered agent must be one of the following: (1) an individual resident of this state; (2) a domestic business entity; (3) another corporation or LLC; or, (4) a foreign business entity authorized to do business in this state. The registered office must be in this state, but need not be a place of its business.
