Registered Agent Requirements

Every domestic corporation shall have and maintain in this state a registered agent, which agent may be either: (1) The domestic corporation itself; (2) a domestic or qualified foreign corporation, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, (3) or limited partnership. Each registered agent shall maintain a business office identical with the registered office.
