Once you receive your Articles of Incorporation you should do following steps:

Meeting of Directors & Shareholders
Call organizational meeting of Directors and Shareholders. Use free forms or we can help and do the paperwork for you. Issue shares to shareholders, elect officers (CEO, Secretary, CFO) and adopt bylaws.
File Statement of Information
Use the form enclosed with your incorporation package or we can file it for you.
Apply for EIN (Tax ID)
We can help and get and EIN for you.
Local Business License
Get local business license in the city you are located. Use Google and type name of your city + business license to get more information. If you are selling tangible products you will need to obtain Sales and Use Tax Permit.
