As most of our clients already know, we have a great database that reminds them when their Nevada filings are due. Or if, whatever reason, they don’t see the automatic emails, they can login and check when things are due.
As I was saying, this was primarily for Nevada. But, we have now updated the database and are able to provide this service for all states.
So now, whether you are incorporated in California or in Maine, our system will send out the reminders for your annual filings with the State. And, if you don’t reply to our emails, we will have someone call as a friendly reminder.
