– Preparation and filing of the certificate of authority in the state of qualification
– Obtaining a certificate of good standing or certified copy for your business from the state of formation, which must accompany your certificate of authority
– Payment of initial state filing fees

The total fee depends on state you want to qualify in. There you can find information about fees for all states.

Please fax together with this form: You will need to provide us with a file stamp copy of the document most recently filed by the corporation in its home jurisdiction verifying the total number of authorized stock (Articles of Incorporation). If the application is for nonprofit, non-stock corporation, provide financial verification. Please fax together with order form. Once you submit your order, we will check what documents are necessary and will handle the whole process.
If you already have certificate of good standing please mail to us we will deduct the state fee for obtaining one from total price.
