Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is an entity similar to an LLC, with limited liability, that can usually be formed simply by registering an existing partnership. Be careful because LLP can offer limited shield protection comparing to LLC. LLP are usually used by certain professional service firms. Do not set up LLP unless you know what you are doing.
