Step 1: Go to the Clark County Website

The first step is to visit the “Drivers – Independent Contractors” page of the Clark County Website. This is where you will find all information pertaining to applying for business licenses for Uber drivers in Nevada. You have the option to download a printable Clark County business license application form or you can apply online.

Step 2: Confirming your Region

If you have opted for the online application then you have to confirm the region you will be operating from as this will help determine the licensing jurisdiction of your business.
