Ask the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council which states are the most supportive in terms of business and they’d answer South Dakota, Nevada, wyoming, Alabama, Washington, Florida, Mississippi, Colorado and Texas.
Ask them who they rank as the least business-friendly states and you’ll get the answer: District of Columbia, New Jersey, California, Rhode Island, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Hawaii and Massachusetts.
