Emails have become a natural and imbedded feature in carrying out business in the dynamic world today. Having an email address is as good as having snail mail address. It is very important to manage your emails on a day-to-day basis. Here are some tips to better manage your emails –
1. Use a spam blocker – always enable the spam filter in your email client. This will save you large amount of time for more productive work than sweeping out those irritants in your email box.
2. Schedule your email writing – if you don’t expect urgent emails over the day, then best policy will be to check and respond to your emails at fixed intervals in the day. You may fix three or four such time intervals wherein you can respond to the emails arriving in your mail box.           
3. Use autoresponder – install an autoresopnder to take care of creating an automated response system to the sender. You can customize response to the sender at a later time. Meanwhile the sender will have received the information of having received the email.
