A new survey conducted by Small Business California found that 58% of small business owners felt California is âpretty seriously off on the wrong track”.  Furthermore, 50% of small business owners rated the climate for small businesses as âpoor.â?
Employers pointed to the rising cost of health care and workersâ compensation as the two major causes for concern. For some, health care costs have doubled and yet another increase of 15% is projected for the near future.
