With VoIP technology, small business are finding it easier and cheaper to provide quality customer service and speedier transactions. A new entry into VoIP technology that fulfills these criteria is Works Out Software Inc.’s CallButler. CallButler is a small business answering system which is integrated with Microsoft Office and can be set up in as little as 10-minutes. It is a software application that uses your desktop PC and a broadband Internet connection to answer, respond to, and route telephone calls.
CallButler can transfer calls to your mobile, provide answers to common customer questions with recorded messages, transfer callers to real people or leave voicemail messages when they need more information than a recording can provide.
The newest version of the software is available to the public in beta form now by visiting their website at CallButler. A hosted version, in which virtually all administrative functions are handled by Works Out Software, is due out later this year.
