Nevada State Business License

Depending on the applicable provisions, the Secretary of State may even default or revoke the charter of such a business thus removing its right to transact business in Nevada.

Obtain or Apply for a Nevada State Business License

  • You can choose to download the licensing form and submit by hand or in-person at the office of the Secretary of State at 202 North Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701-4201.
  • You can download the form and fax to (775) 684-5725 or email to newfilings@sos.nv.gov
  • You can file online if your business is a sole proprietorship and partnership entity
